Dress with contrasting Flutter Collar and Belt

This little dress has three contrasting fabrics.  The elasticized flutter collar and belt are yellow polka dot set alongside the lime green polka dot bodice.  The belt is versatile and can be tied in the front or the back. The contrasting skirt is a beautiful floral print that screams fresh and happy thoughts.  All our dresses are one-of-a-kind!

MEASUREMENTS:  Shoulder to hem:  18".  Waist expands to 26".

This design was created in honor of my newest granddaughter, Maggie Beth.  She is such a ray of sunshine--always smiling, giggling, hugging, and snuggling.

All fabrics are of high quality and are 100% cotton.  Fabrics were prewashed prior to construction and are fully machine washable.  This dress was made by me in my smoke-free home.
