9 - 12 Months Dress with contrasting Flutter Collar and Belt

This little dress has three contrasting fabrics.  The elasticized flutter collar and belt are in an abstract watercolor print alongside a turquoise county print bodice.  The belt is versatile and can be tied in the front or the back. The contrasting skirt is a beautiful floral print that screams fresh and happy thoughts.  All our dresses are one-of-a-kind!

MEASUREMENTS:  Shoulder to hem:  15.5".  Waist expands to 26".

This design was created in honor of my newest granddaughter, Maggie Beth.  She is such a ray of sunshine--always smiling, giggling, hugging, and snuggling.

All fabrics are of high quality and are 100% cotton.  Fabrics were prewashed prior to construction and are fully machine washable.  This dress was made by me in my smoke-free home.
